3 Healthy Ways With Overnight Oats

BASIC OVERNIGHT OATS

START TO FINISH 5 MINS (+ OVERNIGHT SOAKING)

SERVES 1 (AS A BREAKFAST)

Put 50g rolled oats into a small airtight container or jar with a lid. Stir in 150ml water. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
