While filmmaker, Sajid is armed with a vision to redefine the genre in Indian cinema, actor Tiger has got all the moves, and leaves us bewildered with his gravity defying stunts. The third installment from the blockbuster franchise has heightened audience’s expectations, right from the launch of the teaser. We catch them candid in an exclusive interview where they talk about their passion, camaraderie and love for cinema.

From your debut with Heropanti in 2014 to Baaghi 3 in 2020, how would you like to describe your evolution as an actor?

Heropanti was like school for me and my second film Baaghi was like a college. After my first two films, I gained awareness and confidence as an actor. Every film and project has helped me to understand the craft better. I have learnt so much from my co-actors and directors. I am extremely grateful to be working in this industry.

You have had your share of hits and misses in the industry, but what counts is your relentless drive to stay true to your passion for cinema. How do you tackle setbacks?

Well, I am lucky enough to witness success in the form of my first two films, and even luckier to have seen failures at such an early stage of my career. However, I don’t call them failures as I get to learn from them and improve myself. Success and failure are like the two sides of the same coin. I am thankful to have experienced both the sides, and it has made me a strong individual today.

Your rugged good looks, an envious physique like the Greek Gods teamed with a charming personality, have always been an instant hit with the ladies. How do you handle all the female attention?

I am humbled to receive all kinds of love that people shower on me. I am grateful to be in this position where I can reach out and touch so many lives. If my interactions with them bring a smile on their face or bring positive changes in their lives, then I would to love to oblige, and reach out to as many people as I can.

After the blockbuster success of the film War, you are all set to return with the third film of the Baaghi franchise. How did you prepare yourself with two back to back action films?
