STEP 1: Reflect

Take into account lifestyle-related factors like family or work commitments, budgetary constraints, or elements of your transformation plan that you didn’t enjoy and therefore found difficult to adhere to. Write everything down. Be critical of yourself, and analyse every aspect to ensure you don’t make the same mistakes twice. This step alone will greatly improve your chances of success.
