Science & Research-Based Functional Medicine for a Holistic Approach

Pradeep Balaram’s father is the famous Dr Balaram. Combining the tenets of modern and functional medicine comes naturally to Dr Balaram. His interest in dermatology and obstetrics spans over 40 years.

A research-oriented doctor, he constantly keeps himself updated with the latest research in his fields of interest. Additionally, his travels across Asia and Europe introduced him to a variety of naturopathic and functional medicine principles.

Sourcing his own natural ingredients, he produces skincare products to complement the medications offered to his patients. These he gives out for free, and the recipients, which come from all walks of life, share numerous positive feedback on the efficacy of these products.

Two Visions, One Drive

“Initially, I wanted to keep my father’s legacy alive for future generations,” Pradeep recalls, “so it makes perfect sense to work with him to introduce his vision to the rest of the community.”

Pradeep himself believes that it is high time that our clinics adopt a modern approach akin to that in Australia and other developed countries. “People nowadays typically see clinics as merely places to get medicines and medical certificates,” he explains. “In places such as Australia, they look at doctors as an actual shoulder to lean on. Their clinics are places to rejuvenate themselves even when they are not suffering from an illness.”
