Heya Sarah, firstly, you look amazing as always, and it's such a pleasure to have you share your story with us. Could we start with you telling us a bit more about yourself, your fitness journey, and how it all got started?
Aw, thank you! I’m honored to be a part of this incredible magazine! I’ve always been a very active person but my background was actually modeling (many years ago) and back then things were different, I was told skinny was best so I didn’t always choose the best choices for my body and it wasn’t until I decided that I wanted to be a mother that I decided to get in the best shape of my life. I’m very passionate about fitness And because I stayed in great shape while pregnant a lot of women across the world were asking me for fitness advice and help. It inspired me to get certified as a fitness coach and trainer so I could share my secrets and help other women since that is my passion.
You have an amazing physique, and at first glance, nobody would guess you’re a mom to two amazing boys. We’ve gotta ask, how do you stay in such great shape?
Haha!! Thank you! Having two boys definitely keeps me busy, But I’d say if I could give any tip to someone trying to get in shape it would be to create a schedule and stick to it.
