For Caitlin Harvey, marriage, two jobs and poor eating habits meant a near-70-pound weight gain, which was traumatizing for someone who had always been thin. “My husband Tyler and I would order pizza once or twice a week,” Harvey says. “Date night felt like a fun way to bond at the time, but the truth is, we were really hurting ourselves.”
