We have to bring some balance in our life. A person, when working, sometimes becomes very dry, very stiff, very stressed. A job is necessary for sustenance but we don’t even come to know that we are definitely stressed when we do the same type of work over and over again. It has been medically proved that a change of work causes relaxation. Change is very necessary as it is interesting, provides a new experience and helps the mind feel fresh and relaxed.
Yoga makes it very clear in which area we have to make the change and that a person has to have interest in some other things in life. You can read some good literature written by creative writers. That would really give a lot of relaxation and enjoyment. Reading opens up the mind by bringing fresh thoughts. Read the autobiographies of famous people and see how they have risen above all the problems in their life to achieve heights beyond imagination along with name and fame.
