The home: A renovated property in Ballsbridge.
This house was originally two separate properties, combined to give a stunning and spacious family home. The clients approached Kingston Lafferty Design to help them reconfigure the interior space to create a contemporary family home. At the heart of the design brief was the specification that, while the house be fit for purpose now, it could also adapt and evolve as the young family grew up.
The clients also wanted to achieve a balance between open plan, family-friendly areas and sophisticated, adult spaces.
Approached early in the planning stages Kingston Lafferty saw the project through from conception to completion, working closely with a structural engineer to formulate a plan that optimised the entire space.
