With her keen eyes for good design and his passion for food, their combined interest led to the crafting of their exquisite living space. Meet Patricia and Jose Carlos Yulo, a newlywed couple who started to embark on the condo life.
Patricia is a partner of the gym chain 360° Fitness Club while her husband oversees Solo Meat Group, an importer and retailer of Australian meat. Since they are just starting to build a family of their own with businesses to take care of, both felt living in a two-story condo would be the most logical choice. “I also like the community and neighborhood here, everybody swears by it,” Patricia shares. “It’s convenient and everything you need is right here.”
Even if Patricia collects design inspirations and pegs from the internet, she was not confident enough to design their new home by herself. “I had little input because I’m not confident enough to do the whole thing alone. I needed someone’s help,” she recalls.
