Nine Aristocrats In The Atelier
Grazia|May 2018

Kitty is the niece of Lady Diana, Idina is a daughter of a Scottish Baron, Violet is the daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. These new ‘IT’ girls from aristocratic families were invited by designers Dolce & Gabbana to Milan for a special show. We take you behind the scenes to the atelier

Nine Aristocrats In The Atelier

It is the moment of emblazoned models. Rich, rebellious, independent, and above all, British. They have an unbridled love for parties, but are also sensitive towards social issues. They have an open mind and wild passion for fashion. The aristocrats have now conquered the world of style thanks to designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who cast them as protagonists at their exclusive ‘Secret & Diamonds’ show that preceded the A/W 2018 parade, the one where the bags were presented by flying drones. The young British girls were adorned with thousands of illuminating crystals on the catwalk. From United Kingdom aristocracy, the girls succeeded in enchanting the audience of the ‘secret’ appointment. In these pages you will see their looks in an exclusive behindthe-scenes. “It was an exciting experience,” says Idina Moncreiffe, 25, conceptual artist, and daughter of the Scottish Baron of Easter Moncreiffe. “It’s a memory that will remain with me forever. Having my sisters Eliza, Alexandra and Lily there made the event more memorable.”
