AN Irish businessman with the world’s largest range of eco straws is in high demand with Las Vegas casinos.
Plush gaming houses along the famous Nevada strip can’t get enough of Brian O’Callaghan’s edible straws for thirsty punters.
Brian, along with his business partner Sarah Keyes, set up EcoStraws in 2018 after seeing the detrimental effect plastic was having on the environment.
Since then the business has gone from strength-to-strength and all from Knockainey, a small village in Co Limerick.
Their range includes paper, pasta, glass, stainless steel, and even edible straws which have proven very popular with casinos in Sin City.
