To be fair to him, and all other spouses, Christmas is a stressful time and the pressure of purchasing a present for their dearly beloveds can turn their jingle into a jangle.
He argues that my taste changes quicker than he changes socks and besides, I haven’t exactly put the “I” in restraint. True, I’m excellent at buying things for myself but that’s only because I’m suffering from PCGRD – Post Christmas Gift Receiving Disorder.
