I am so much happier now that I’ve put on a bit of weight.’These were the words of Linda Robson when she realised that being a few stone heavier is better for her soul.
The TV star is now back to her normal and comfortable size, four years on from a drastic diet that saw her shed a massive 3st.
Linda, who turns 64 on 13 March, slimmed down from a size 16 to a size 10 after cutting out alcohol and sugar. But the Loose Women panellist admitted that she was unhappy when she was at her thinnest and disliked her gaunt reflection in the mirror.
