Your BMI: T BMI is calculated by dividing your weight in kilograms by the square of your height in meters.
The formula is BMI = weight (kg) / (height (m))^2.
Interpret BMI Categories:
Underweight: BMI less than 18.5 Normal weight: BMI 18.5 to 24.9 Overweight: BMI 25 to 29.9 Obesity: BMI 30 or greater
Keep in mind that while BMI is a widely used tool, it has limitations. It doesn't distinguish between muscle and fat, and individuals with high muscle mass may have a higher BMI without excess body fat. Additionally, BMI may not be suitable for certain populations, such as athletes with a significant muscle mass.
