They prove it year after year with their banner event, the Beaux Arts annual fundraising gala. With proceeds benefitting the nonprofit’s educational initiatives, more than 200 works donated by professional artists affiliated with the school, will be available through an online auction platform with bidding for artwork opening on November 7 and running through November 9. The culminating event, the Beaux Arts gala, takes place at the school on November 9 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Beaux Arts is a fantastic opportunity for those just beginning to build their collections as well as seasoned collectors, with original artworks selling at price points for all budgets by students, emerging and established representational artists. At the same time, you will be supporting the Scottsdale Artist School, whose reach extends far beyond the local community.
“This event is not just about purchasing art,” says Scottsdale Artists’ School executive director Trudy Hays. It’s about building connections, discovering new artists and expanding one’s collection. Seasoned collectors can add to their curated collections, while newcomers can begin their journey into the world of art collecting.”
