It may be mentioned that cleanliness and hygiene are critical for a restaurant's success as they build customer loyalty, attract new customers, protect public health, avoid legal consequences, etc.
According to Internet Marketing Association, stats from the last couple of years show that 77% of the diners consider a restaurant's cleaning policies before visiting it. Cleanliness, in a restaurant, is not just about appearances but about safeguarding customers health, for which maintaining a hygienic kitchen is essential. This prevents foodborne illnesses and accidents.
