He specializes in pre-opening Hotels, financial reporting, training & development, strategic planning, team management and brand representation through his strategic leadership.
Amit is responsible for overseeing multiple properties, driving operational excellence, and ensuring superior guest experiences across the region. His role involves strategic oversight, operational management, and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance the overall performance of all the 15 Fern properties under his purview.

How has your journey been in the hospitality industry?
My journey has been incredibly rewarding and diverse with some great learnings as I have worked in various capacities with numerous great leaders, colleagues and organizations. Throughout my career, I have focused on enhancing guest experiences, implementing innovative solutions, and leading successful teams. Each role has provided me with unique challenges and learning experiences, contributing to growth and expertise in the industry. I am passionate about the industry and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
