With a tenure exceeding 24 years within the industry and Marriott International, he has assumed various leadership roles across different properties.
A highlight in Fearon's career was the successful launch of the St Regis Brand in Mauritius, marking the first luxury brand introduction in Africa and the Indian Ocean.
