NEW WORLD ORDER

While fashion may be referential the industry is also obsessed with new ideas, fresh talent and unorthodox perspectives. From budding British talent to forward-thinking designers, weve compiled a mix of red carpet staples to demi-couture craftsman and streetwear savants. Each with their own point of view that could potentially change the definition ofmenswear in seasons to come.

BOTTER

Founded by designing duo Lisi Herrebrugh and Rushemy, Botter is an homage to both founders’ Caribbean roots. Botter creations take us on a journey of Caribbean couture meets aquatic wear A mix of hard and soft: the juxtaposition of sharp tailoring with beautifully draped beige jackets, asymmetrical billowing ponchos and oversized shirts. Sportswear cues come to the forefront with the functional wearability of the clothes and the inclusion of the label’s unique headpieces. Beaded fringe, caps with heart-shape cut-outs and knitted masks akin to scuba diving face shields. From the deep sea to the runway with cropped puffer vest made to look like safety ife vests, stained buoys turned to stylish accessories and outlined seams placed on double-breasted suits compliment the shape of the body, evoking hat of a neoprene wetsuit. But perhaps the piéce de resistance are the label's exquisite colourways and psychedelic prints. Showcased at Paris Fashion Week, Botter has a unique approach to sartorial tailoring and subverting fashion with water sports.
