Shikha Begwani also owns India Master franchisee of Toy Room Club Delhi and then launched Toy Room Club in Mumbai. She took an international brand from Cannes to India and launched a new restaurant in Bhikaji Cama, New Delhi -COSY.
An avid traveler who travelled to different parts of the world with the aim of getting innovative solutions to enrich the hospitality sector in India, Shikha has ventured in charity projects and has partenere and funded multiple social charity projects.
Excerpts from an interview.
About the challenges when you ventured into the Hospitality sector? What's the USP?
Yeah, initially there were a lot of challenges because it was something new to us. I think with time you learn and when you love your work and are passionate about the same then you take on all challenges with a smile.
We are very strict on the profiling, good food, proper ambience, good music, we do not compromise on any, that's our USP.
What are the post -covid effects on Hospitality?
It affected hospitality, yes. But for us as we have multiple other things, it did not affect us.
Hospitality is not our only bread butter.
How did you support your employees to manage through covid crisis?
