द्वितीयोपदेशः Chapter 2.57/58

अथ शीतली जिह्वया वायुमाकृष्य पूर्ववत्कुंभसाधनम् । शनकैघ्रणरंध्राभ्यां रेचयेत्पवनं सुधीः ॥२.५७।।

Having drawn air with the help of the tongue, the maintenance of a pause before and later (inspiratory and expiratory Kumbhakas), the wise should expirate the air through the nostrils.
