Dark green walls, painted Jasper from HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams, create a dramatic backdrop for the furniture in the main seating area: charcoal-and-ivory chairs from World Market, a tan velvet sofa from CB2, and an antiqued metal coffee table from Living Spaces. The "painting" above the fireplace is Samsung's 75-inch The Frame TV; you can customize it by uploading your own art.

This is the kind of house that takes your breath away every time you pull up," says Tiffany Brooks, the designer/host of the HGTV Smart Home 2023. The scenery, in the foothills of Santa Fe, NM, is stunning, but so is the home's interior: Tiffany designed the space using colors inspired by the landscape, then layered in glam furnishings-and next-generation tech. The result is a tranquil oasis that has every convenience you can imagine, including a gym area with smart weights that adjust on command, an outdoor TV built to withstand dust and rain, and a keypad-operated dumbwaiter that shuttles food and drinks from the main floor to a rooftop deck. The home blends in seamlessly with its surroundings and comes with views of the Rocky Mountains. Drought-tolerant landscaping includes a rainwater tank that irrigates the entire property.
