So you have bought the ideal property to flip or are maybe renovating your own home for sale or inherited property. One of the main things we now need to think about is who will be the potential end buyer and what would they like in their perfect home?
When I started flipping two bedroom apartments I had great ideas that these gorgeous up-to-date homes would be bought by young professionals as their first home. Similarly, when I was refurbishing three bedroom, semi-detached houses I imagined a young family who would definitely want a bath for the kids.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Ultimately if the location is sought after and the home is perfect then there will be endless buyers and you can usually it goes to the person who can pay the most and offer a sale with both speed and certainty.
