Why is the 10th anniversary a big deal for the College?
We opened on 27 August 2014 with 884 students from Toddler to Year 8. Back then, we nicknamed our first five-year strategic plan “Survive”; I’m proud to say we did just that. In the following five years, we shifted into “Drive” mode to ensure all necessary systems were put in place to move us forwards.
The next five-year phase marks a significant milestone in the College’s journey. Our focus is now to “Thrive” in pursuit of our larger goal of nurturing global citizenship.
What does thriving mean for Dulwich?
Our duty is to prepare our students to thrive in an international world. We work to instil resilience, empathy and a sense of responsibility in everyone who walks through our doors.
We cultivate future leaders who, as global citizens, will see the world not defined by borders, religion or colour of skin. They understand the importance of paying their privilege forward.
