Nowadays it has become a norm for most CEOs, business leaders, and top managers of most companies to frequently give flamboyant jargon-filled speeches or pep talks to their local or global audience. If the audience is spread across multiple locations or countries such speeches are telecast worldwide via their internal network or through the internet. The usual reasons for such speeches are company anniversaries, business achievements, or a regular pep talk specifically designed to dazzle the audience. This is usually called motivational talk to a large audience or mass advice for short.

Days and weeks are spent preparing such speeches along with kilometers of presentation slides. If the office space cannot accommodate all employees then large town halls are hired for such speeches. And attending such speeches is mandatory for all employees whether they like it or not. The leadership will order all managers to ensure their team members attend without fail or else!
