You're not alone

I'm having the same problem with my neighbours. When they let their dogs out to roam, they come into my yard to do their business. I've messaged the neighbours a handful of times, with nothing being done.

If you don't want the dogs in your yard, it's up to you to make sure they can't get in. What the neighbour does is up to them. And it might be an idea to make friends with the owners - and the dogs.
