The City Crime Branch on Sunday arrested Mehul Shah, a resident of Wankaner, for impersonating an IAS officer and a senior official in the state Revenue Department. Shah, who was running two schools in Wankaner, allegedly promised people contracts and jobs, issuing fake appointment letters and defrauding them of lakhs of rupees.
