It is claimed more than 8,000 under fives have been diagnosed malnutrition.

And there are claims that 67% of water and sanitation facilities and infrastructure has been destroyed or damaged after more than eight months of conflict.

The United Nations Office for Coordination the of Humanitarian Affairs says displaced families face "significant challenges" in getting basic services, notably water.
