SOLDIERS are continuing to search for people killed in Spain's devastating floods as the death toll last night rose to at least 291.
A rescuer scouring one of the worst-hit areas vowed: "If they're here we'll find them.
"The water was so high we are looking everywhere, including high up in the trees." Sniffer dogs, a helicopter and drones are still scouring the Valencia area, nine days after the flooding first hit.
Responders in diving gear are even searching the coast off the city's beaches.
