Yobs facing two years jail over 'respect orders'

LABOUR wants to stamp out yobbery with tough new rules.

Flouting proposed Respect Orders could mean two years jail.

Keir Starmer said anti-social antics often wreck communities and leave families living in fear.

He said the new orders are "about restoring respect for each other and for our society", adding: "It's time to take back our streets."

Offenders will face bans from town centres or from drinking in public spots such as high streets and local parks.
