Britney: My Farrell fling was more like a brawl

Singer's 'grappling street fights' in two weeks of passion

BRITNEY Spears has described her two-week fling with Colin Farrell as so passionate it was "like a brawl".

The singer had been on the rebound from Justin Timberlake when she met the Irish actor through a friend in 2003.

Things quickly turned steamy.

In her new memoir, the 41-year-old says: "Brawl' is the only word for it.

"We were all over each other, grappling so passionately it was like we were in a street fight."

Britney, who was 21, then went to the premiere of Farrell's movie The Recruit, where he told reporters: "We're not dating, we're just mates." Later they were pictured in a passionate embrace.

The singer admits the attraction between herself and The Batman star, now 47, was brief.

She writes: "As I had before when I'd felt too attached to a man, I tried to convince myself that it was not a big deal, that we were just having fun. I was vulnerable because I wasn't over Justin.
