A PLUMBER who knocked down and killed a mum as he raced home from work at nearly twice the speed limit has been jailed for three years and four months.
Angela Marshall, 55, was crossing the road near her home when she was struck by Francisco Suarez-Hughes driving at almost 60 miles per hour in his Audi S3 Quattro.
Angela had just got off the bus having finished her shift at a city centre shop.
