A UKRAINIAN mum has told how she had to return to Kyiv to get her daughter dental treatment due to long NHS waiting lists.
Oksana Martirosova decided to take Lisa, seven, back to the war-torn country because she urgently needed teeth removed under general anaesthetic.
The family have been living in Aberdeenshire since September.
In January, it emerged another Ukrainian refugee returned to Kyiv for treatment because the wait to see a GP in Scotland was so long.
Ukraine's head of consulate in Edinburgh has warned refugees from the country have been forced to go elsewhere in Europe treatment.
