FUGITIVE Nicholas Rossi can now be sent back to the US to face prosecution over a rape charge after Scottish ministers signed off on his extradition order.
The 36-year-old has been at the centre of a long-running battle to return him to the States after being found hiding out in Glasgow.
A sheriff ruled in August there was no impediment to Rossi being extradited to his homeland.
