PLANS to give bereaved families new rights after a loved one dies in a major NHS incident have been tabled at Holyrood.
Scottish Labour have lodged Milly's Law - named after a 10-year-old who caught an infection in hospital and died.
Milly Main was in remission from leukaemia at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital when she passed away in 2017.
