WESTMINSTER MPs have supported a major shift towards scrapping outdated drug laws.
And a Home Affairs Committee report says a drug consumption room should open in Glasgow, after years of stalling.
Campaigners welcomed the move by MPs but they are disappointed the committee didn't back the decriminalisation of possession of drugs, which has been supported by the Scottish Government and the Daily Record.
