THE had the "best job in the world" as Daniel Radcliffe's stunt double until a horrifying on-set accident left him paralysed for life.
But David Holmes isn't bitter, and is still friends with the Harry Potter star, 14 years after the stunt went wrong.
David was injured when filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 in 2009. He was supposed to be pulled backwards through a wall to replicate a snake attack but too much weight was attached to the wires.
His neck was snapped instantly by the force, ending his career and leaving him needing to use a wheelchair.
