THE murder trial of a Scot accused of shooting his wheelchair-bound wife began in the US yesterday.
Wayne Fraser, 47, of Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire, is said to have shot Natalie Ryan-Fraser, 55, with a handgun in the Mississippi town of Caledonia.
Police discovered her body during a welfare check at an apartment in the town's Cedar Street where he was staying on December 30, 2021.
