IT'S another season over for Tottenham as their big night ended in boos, frustration and a red card.

It's threatening to turn horribly sour for Antonio Conte as the fans jeered the team off at half-time and full-time while there was a chorus of disapproval for his substitutions.

Cristian Romero was sent off for two yellow cards to cap a disastrous night as Spurs kissed goodbye to their final chance of silverware in crashing out in the last 16.

But what was even more worrying was the lack of fight from players who never looked like turning the tie around from their defeat in the San Siro.
