GREGOR TOWNSEND reckons France will "come out firing" as he named just about his strongest possible line-up for tomorrow's World Cup warm-up sequel.
Skipper Jamie Ritchie returns from injury for the Saint Etienne clash, one of six changes from the side who beat the French 25-21 at Murrayfield last week.
Kyle Steyn, Ali Price, Willem Nel, George Turner and Rory Darge also come in.
But the French will deploy their big guns too, seeing head coach Townsend insist his players will have to be a lot more consistent than six days ago if they are going to do the double.
The World Cup hosts are desperate for a morale boost after Scotland came from 21-3 down at half-time and Townsend expects a full-on assault.
