A TEACHER who dodged a jail sentence after being charged of having sex with a 15-year-old pupil in her car is being investigated by an education watchdog.
Mum-of-one Siobhan McLean, 33, met the boy in her role as head of pupil support at a secondary school in Lanarkshire.
She had been helping a relative of the pupil apply for university courses and also taking study classes which the boy attended.
