TOM LANG spends his evenings swotting up for life after football but says being back under a forensic John McGlynn will deliver the best version while playing it.

McGlynn and No.2 Paul Smith brought the defender to Falkirk this summer, having already recruited him at Raith Rovers.

Lang is in year four of a sports management course with the Open University while playing full-time.

But the 26-year-old says the study sessions being put on by Bairns - right down to each member of are an the opposition education like no other.

Stirling pitch up tonight and Lang said: "The demands they put on the boys, the attention to detail, the video analysis we do, everything is there for a player to be the best version of themselves come a Saturday.

"No excuses really. You know the opposition inside and out. And you know how he wants to implement his style of play.
