HIGHVEW JASMAN (8.24) could have the race run to suit and land Kevin Hutton a third victory in the event when the in-form black-jacketed runner lines up in the Coral Brighton Belle Final at Hove tonight.

One of three finals at the Sussex venue, the bitches-only Brighton Belle has long been a staple of the big-race calendar at Hove since its first running in 1975 and, rightly upgraded in recent years, tonight's 500m decider offers a first prize of £10,000.

Last year's winning kennel is back with another major chance courtesy of Liz McNair's market leader Queen Shakira, who is looking to succeed Queen Joni and land another British-bred success.

However, a fast start from Dark Madam could cause the favourite issues, as might a move inwards from Harlequin Beauty, which leaves Highview Jasman potentially clear to pace up.
