OTS Scheme Will Revive Land Development Banks: Minister

The state government's introduction of the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme for land development bank loans will provide significant relief to farmers and small entrepreneurs, while also serving as a lifeline for land development banks struggling with weak financial conditions, state cooperative minister Gautam Kumar Dak said on Sunday.
