Former SABC brand manager Nobuntu Mkhize has spoken out about her dismissal and legal action against the South African Police Service and FlySafair following comments she allegedly made in a viral video.
Mkhize was filmed hurling racist comments and attacking cabin crew on a flight from Durban to Cape Town on 26 December last year.
"SABC have fired me without doing an investigation. They have fired me without even giving me a phone call. That is why I am appalled because the SABC, their code of conduct is approved by the board," Mkhize said.
