Lanka Dinkar meets Union finance minister, impresses for additional fund

AP Twenty Points Program Implementation Committee Chairman Lanka Dinkar met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at her office in Delhi on Wednesday and submitted a memorandum on the composition of the Union Budget 2025-26.
He mentioned that capital expenditure allocations in the upcoming budget are required to the tune of Rs 13.50 lakh crores, of which states require an allocation of between Rs 2 to 2.50 lakh crores for long-term interest-free loans for capital expenditure. He sought special allocations under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme for Skill Census.
