To facilitate the seamless execution of this landmark policy, Gujarat has established the 'Gujarat State Electronics Mission,' a dedicated institution to drive the state's leadership in semiconductor self-reliance. From powering smartphones, computers, and satellites to advancing cloud services, electric vehicles, industrial automation, artificial intelligence (AI), critical infrastructure, and defense systems-semiconductor technology is at the core of nearly every innovation in electronics.
