Cornish resort welcomes food and drink event

TV chefs will be demonstrating their favourite dishes when Looe celebrates local flavours and culinary excellence at the Cornish town's annual Food and Drink Festival next weekend.

The one-day event will run at Buller Quay from 10 am to 6.30 pm on Sunday, September 15. Free entry will allow everyone who attends to sample the local food scene and enjoy back-to-back cooking demonstrations by renowned celebrity chefs.

From 11 am to 5 pm, the festival will feature live cooking demonstrations from some of the UK's most prestigious culinary talents. Several Great British Menu chefs are featured in the line-up, including Jude Kereama, the 2021 champion, with an impressive three AA Rosettes. He will be joined by Guy Owen, Chris Eden, Charlie Walters, and Olivia Barry.
