MEET some of the faces behind a helpline supporting Plymouth's young people through tough times.
Specialist teams at Livewell Southwest work around the clock to support anyone in the city who is experiencing a mental health crisis. And there is now a single phone number for urgent support call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
It is open 24 hours, every day of the year.
If you aren't able to make the call yourself, you can ask a friend, or someone else that you trust to do it for you to get advice on your behalf.
Equally, if you're worried about someone you care about, you too can call for help.
Calls are answered by a trained mental health call handler who will be able to listen to concerns and help with the support needed.
