The company, which was first started in the city by businessman Chris Dawson, has announced that all its 200 or so stores in the UK have become dog-friendly.
In a post on Facebook, the chain shared the good news with shoppers. It said: “We have some pawsome news to share... Our stores are now dog-friendly. That’s right, we’re now welcoming four-legged furry shoppers in our 200+ stores nationwide and, perfect timing, our Pet Event is on in stores for you to ‘fetch’ incredible deals across pet supplies. Run, do not walk.”
While the news will be welcome to dog lovers all round, there are a few conditions in place for shopping at your nearest Range store with your pooch in tow. Your four-legged friend will have to behave. The Facebook post detailed those conditions, saying: “Dogs must be on a lead at all times while inside a store. Wellbehaved dogs only.
